Let me first start off by saying hello. My full name is Shanae Ashley and i was born on March 23,1993. I am 17 years old and I currently go to overbook high school. I am in the 12Th grade and is in the scholars academy. I have three brothers and one sister.I love to go out with my friend and family. I don't really like to shop because i like to keep money, At overbook I play volleyball because that is my favorite sport to play. I go to Holy Cross Baptist Church. I don't drive yet but i am getting there. I would like to have a child and only one.
I live in west Philly right now, but i grew up in South west Philly. I wish we had never moved but my mom said it was best if we did. I south west i went to Catherin elementary school from perk all the way up until the fourth grade. We moved to west Philly where I went to Gompers, Beeber , and now Overbook. West Philly is not what it use to be but it is somewhere to live for right now.
My goals for now are to past all my classes with a good grade, try and make it out of Overbook this year, move on and go to a good college, and get a degree. i want to be a underwater tech so my goal is to make it there. another goal i have is to get out of my moms house n live on my own. I cant wait to that day come. I pray to God that i will meet all of these goals and be very successful.

Hey, my name is Janell. I was born and raised in West Philadelphia.I currently attend Overbrook high school. I am a 2011 Senior and im in the Scholars academy. My GPA is a 3.5. I try to get to school on time everyday. I am a very blessed human being. I have two sisters : Jasmine and Dinnelle. For school activities i am a majorette and the football team manager. I am the youngest child but the only one that lives wit my mom and dad. I have a car and drive almost everywhere i need to go.
When i have freetime, i like to sing, dance, play basketball and chill with my friends and family. Most of my time that i do have i spend it at work. I work at McDonalds in Ardmore,Pa. My name is Mieisha. I am currently attending Overbrook high school. I am a senior, in the scholars academy. I have 5 honor's classes and one AP class. My GPA is a 3.1 at the moment, and by June 2011 I plan to make it a 3.5. I get to school on time even though I'm coming from North Philly. I live with my sister and my nephew, and some times my mother comes to visit.
The things I enjoy doing in my free time are; playing, eating,
and sleeping. I work all the time so I barely have free time. I work
at McDonalds full time. I'm always getting write up's, so I'm looking
for a new job. I feel as though McDonalds is under paying me and does
not appreciate the hard work that I am doing. McDonalds is not
listening to child labor laws because a minor should not be working 8
hours after a full school day.
The main goal i have, is to be successful in life. The
meaning for successful to me is: having a nice paying job to support me
and my family. I would not have to struggle by living from pay check
to pay check, I am not worried about where my next meal is coming
from, or who is going to put clothes on my chilren's back. In order for
me to get where i need to go, I must have plans, steps, and goals.

My name is William. I am a guy who loves to have fun at all times. If something is boring to me then I always try to make the best of it and make jokes about it. In my spare time outside of school I go out with friends and we go pretty much anywhere we want to go. Hi, my name is Jessica. I am seventeen years old and I am in the 12th grade. This is my first year attending Overbrook High School but I hope to make it a good one. I feels weird now because I really don’t know that many people but I hope towards the end things will get better. When I graduate I plan on going to school in Philadelphia or around the area so that I am not that far from family and friends. I plan on leaving school with a degree in Social Working and Fashion. I know that they are two different routes but I always wanted to work in both of these fields. My favorite things to do is write and to SHOP!!! I love clothes you can never have enough. I was always around people who were older than me and they would always talk about how they're seniors and now I can do the same. After I graduate I plan to go to college in Los Angeles. Going to LA has always been a dream so what better way to get there than to go to college there! When I grow up I want to be a Forensic Scientist. In college I'll major in Science and East Asian Studies and I'll minor in Performing Arts. Something not a lot of people know about me is that I am super good at singing and dancing. Hello, my name is Kyree and I am a senior at Overbrook High school in Philadelphia.I am 17 years old and I love to have fun . I have huge dreams, and I know working hard is the key to sucess. I am very excited to be a senior and moving on to a higher level of education. As,I most time say "Get your 3D glasses out becauze in coming right at you!"

As stated above I love to have fun. I am very fun to be around and I can make almost anyone laugh. I love hanging out with my friends and really doing the whole high school senior thing. I also love playing the drums.I play for my school's choir and for some local gospel groups. I plan on going as far as possible playing the drums, but that is not my future goal.

After high school I plan on attending a four year college.I want to major in Sports Management, I wanna be the real life version of Jerry Miguire. Hello my name is Tiera, I attend Overbrook High School. Im in my senior year at Overbrook, and i plan on making it one of my best years in high school. I enjoy coming to school everyday to get an education, but also see my friends who i love the most, and they know who they are. I don't plan on fooling around this year in school, at all.
